At Bark & Bumble Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle delivery, returns, and refunds.
1. Delivery
- We deliver to addresses within the UK only.
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days.
- Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. We charge a flat rate of £3.95 for all UK Mainland orders, and a flat rate of £7.95 for all orders to the Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands and Northern Ireland – please note deliveries to these postcodes may also take a little longer to arrive.
- Orders £50+ will qualify for FREE Delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, adverse weather).
2. Returns
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (the “cooling-off period”) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (unless faulty).
- You must notify us of your intention to return by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of receipt.
- You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Exceptions (non-returnable items):
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Intimate or hygiene products (e.g., earrings, underwear, skincare if opened).
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original delivery charges will also be refunded if you return the entire order (not just part of it).
- We may make deductions if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning.
- Partial refunds are only granted in the event where there is minor damage to an item and the customer is happy to accept a partial refund instead of a return.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the cost of returning the original item and re-delivery of the exchanged item will be your responsibility.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
